32. When A Great Resume Doesn’t Matter and What to do About It

In this solo episode of Her Leading Story, Julie explains her work with clients to draft, revise, and create resumes.  Although clients almost always want to start with resume revisions, Julie strongly encourages both clients and listeners to pause and be sure they know what they want first.
