In this solo episode of Her Leading Story, I share more about my own career path, and especially how I have attempted to move into positions that play to my strengths AND light me up.

• How I felt socialized to “climb the ladder”…. And then realized along the way that I didn’t really know what I wanted or enjoyed doing.
• The “decades” exercise - a way to look back on your life, reflect on your interests, and notice themes
• The “energy and flow” exercise - notice what you are doing currently and what makes you feel alive (and vice versa - what drags you down).
