The Power of Community & Authentic Connection with Megan Champion

Megan Champion, M. Ed., is a 15-year elementary education teacher and mother to three children, including her neurodiverse son. After years of shame, guilt, and loneliness due to her child's behavioral challenges, she searched for a way to connect with other mothers raising children like hers.  She couldn't find what she was looking for so she created it herself in the form of her podcast On The Hard Days & her group membership Mothers Together.

We talk about how having the right support is a powerful way to unlock your confidence, how important it is to raise your hand even when you don't have the answers, and how there's beauty in the contrast of reality vs expectation.
