In this episode you will meet Kyla Gagnon. Kyla spent 15 years as a personal trainer, competed in fitness competitions for over a decade, and was on the cover of 5 international fitness magazines. And then Kyla had a moment of insight where she realized that was not her calling. And so she changed directions and is now serving people in a way that is more aligned with her true purpose.
