Our modern lives are full of stressors and our brain can't tell the difference between a crazy work deadline and a tiger attack so it triggers our fight-or-flight response in both situations. But there is a counter system that calms us and I tell you how to hack that.

I have control over how I feel, and I choose to feel at peace.
This mantra is so powerful because while you can’t control a lot of things in life, you can control how you feel. I hope that what you learned today will help you.
