Nadia Stinga Rihani is a mother of two, a yoga teacher (ashtanga level 2 authorised in 2014), a former gymnast, and a qualified strategic psychotherapist and clinical hypnotherapist.

In 2019 Nadia was hit by a car, which left her unable to walk for many months, and she had to learn to start again completely. This accident resulted in the loss of her career and so, after taking off a period of time to focus on physical and mental rehabilitation, and also to have her second child (carrying the baby on a broken pelvis).

Nadia is currently studying nutrition and building a business that will help women manage the symptoms of perimenopause and menopause through diet, movement, meditation and observed rest.

Nadia is passionate about all things health and well-being, and although the car accident has been devastating, it has taught her a lot about physical movement and it’s power to help with grief and trauma. Nadia can usually be found in the ocean in Sydney where she lives, and she tries to swim every day possible.
